I’m doing it. I was talking with my friend the other day and she told me about her friend’s book. It’s called Ani’s 15-Day Fat Blast. Coincidentally I have a few pounds I can lose. I always have a few pounds I can lose. It’s summertime, right? I seem to get fatter in summer. I think it’s because I’m happier maybe? Or because there are outdoor patios you can drink beer on and eat all day at the beach.

So I started her book yesterday and I am on Day 2. It’s a 100% raw diet, something I have never attempted in my life and something I don’t think I would ever want to do permanently. She claims that it makes you feel so good that one might consider it. We’ll see.

Basically the first three days are all shakes, blended shakes. Some fruity and some soupy. And they are all cold. Cold soup is a bit hard for me to stomach so I am not craving second portions, that’s for sure. The next days move on to some salads and stuff you can chew on. The point of the whole thing is to cleanse your body and burn the fat off and she uses special natural combinations of ingredients that intensify the process. I’m in!

Today, I feel really good. My mind is more clear and I already feel healthier. It’s good timing because come Monday I am doing another rewrite on my feature screenplay. I just got a couple batches of feedback from some trusted industry peeps and they match. I love when people’s criticisms match!

It’s focus time for a couple of weeks. I consider myself a pretty healthy guy for the most part. I fall off the wagon with food and stuff here and there but I am pretty consistent when it comes to exercise. I just like to eat, a lot, so the way I treat it is I do an “all-or-nothing” lifestyle. Right now I choose nothing, just raw, just Ani’s book, and major alone and focus time. I took a before picture that I would dare share until I see some drastic results. We’ll see. I will keep you posted.
